The Perfumer’s Garden brings together ; Ambrette, Allspice, West Indian Bay Tree, Cinnamon, Cocoa, Davana, Frangipani, Gardenia, Ginger Lily, Jasmine, Lemongrass, Mint, Natal Plum, Nutmeg, Orange Jessamine, Patchouli, Rose, Seville Orange, Tonka, Tuberose, Vanilla, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang, amongst other fragrant botanicals.
Specifically a Perfumer’s Garden, as we bring together many of the heros of perfumery from around the globe. Living plants that we’ve all read so many times in perfume ads, but have never had the opportunity to experience.
Perfumer, Stephen Dirkes’ curation together with Tower Estate Owner, Isabelle Slinger with an esteemed group of horticultural advisers, of plants from the West Indies, Central America, Mexico, North America, India, Africa, South East Asia, and Europe are gathered to present you a unique collection of the finest fragrant botanicals. The Tower Estate Gardening Team nurtures this uniquely Grenadian representation.
The Perfumer’s Garden Tour at the Tower Estate is a guided tour with one of our garden guides. Information of Horticultural origins, History, Use in Perfumery, and Scent Strips with natural essential oils, absolutes, and hydrosols to help you experience, understand, and connect with scent and nature in a new and profound way.
Nothing better than to conclude your tour with a Tea on the Tower Estate’s veranda as gentle Caribbean breezes of Jasmine, Ylang ylang, and Honeysuckle keep you enchanted.

Organic Farming at the Tower Estate focuses on “Permaculture” or agricultural ecosystems which have the diversity, stability, and resilience of natural ecosystems.
Rabbits and Roses, Goats and Gardenias… sustainable agriculture is based on our ecosystems to nourish a wide range of plants on the farm and garden.
Our sustainable farms provide organic produce for the estate kitchen, catering, teas, and fragrance products.
and of course our famous BLUE PEA TEA.
