WORKSHOPS FOR MAKERS! Inspiration and techniques to use natural scent in your products
A deeper look at our featured flowers, herbs, and spices growing in the Perfumer’s Garden begins each workshop
Learn techniques to extract scent with a distillation workshop and introduction to organic hydrosols/ room sprays and blending a scent with them
We have all the resources, tools and materials you will need with expert guidance to address your interests
The afternoon workshop is a celebration of Pure & Natural techniques of extracting scent from your garden including traditional method of ENFLEURAGE
Discover TINCTURING as another simple, pure, and natural way to create beautifully scented products from a wide range of botanicals
Inspired by presentations of a variety of international perfumes that highlight botanicals found the Tower Estate gardens, we will learn about a Floral perfume accord note by note on scent strips
The Perfume Tea begins as the evening arrives with a fragrant walk through the Rangoon creeper, Jasmine, and Ylang ylang scenting the gardens. We will drink, sniff, taste and blend those notes and more in our very special Tea.
Scent notes are paired with botanical teas to feature those notes and light bites. We will conclude by building our own perfume variations with the guidance of a perfumer and select a winner to receive a fragrant award.
