The Festival takes place at the historic Tower Estate in the elegant and award winning Gardens, Verandas, Gazeboos, and Dining Room.
The PERFUMER’S GARDEN offers living examples of Florals, Fruits, Spices, & Herbs that are centuries old Hero’s of Perfumery
The PERFUME LIBRARY is Yours to Explore!
Through presentations of perfumes curated to feature botanicals growing in the Perfumer’s Garden at the Tower Estate, we will explore how perfumers are using these notes around the world
The finest International perfumes have been curated to connect with a wide variety of Grenadian botanicals. Our Edition No11 featured the finest in French Perfumery that is focused on the Floral Bounty of Grenada.
We’ll also explore Perfume Materials and learn how to use them to create our OWN custom Perfumes in a variety of WORKSHOPS

We feasted in STYLE! Chef Belinda Bishop brought her ultra fresh take on Creole cuisine is featured to highlight fragrant Grenadian produce
A special collaboration with historic, Trudon ( established in 1643 at the
Palace of Versailles ) will highlight both the history of French perfume and will be featured in our special multi course Fragrant Feast with Chef Belinda Bishop
The evening presented Grenada’a historic Fedon’s Rebellion with culinary and mixology pairings at our dinner which explores the history of French Grenadian heritage
Pairing 18th Century French fragrances and Grenadian Spirits in mixology presentations is another wonderful way to refine both our Scent and Taste palettes
We experience Grenada’s Cocoa Tea and learn how it uniquely preserves Marie Antoinette’s 18th century drinking chocolate
Delicious Pairings and Fun Perfumery Workshops help everyone refine our palettes and enhance our enjoyment of scent every day

The MAKERS MARKET featured makers working with Grenadian botanicals to create a variety of products from health and beauty to food and drink
There is so much to Experience on the Beautiful Spice Isle of Grenada! We also had Bean to Bar Chocolate Factory, Old Town, Waterfall, Beaches, and Liquor maker trips included!
We enjoyed the elegant amenities of our hospitality partner, Bay House. Stunning views of the harbour, a swimming pool or shuttle to the beach, we’ve arranged both single and double occupancy room options for our group
Beautiful food all week long with Chef Belinda Bishop. From beautiful breakfasts, to fragrant feasts, the resident culinary team will be preparing the freshest produce from the Tower Estate’s organic farm. Yum!
